L.I.F.E. (Learning Independence For Everyone) presented by the St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation's Therapeutic Recreation Division.

A six-week program specifically designed for emerging adults aged 16-25 with intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities.
Come hang out with your peers and learn important life skills including, how to make friends, personal hygiene, money management, and how to access community resources.

Program fee: $25 for 6 weeks
Classes meet on Thursday from 6 - 8 p.m. from Nov. 5 - Dec. 17

TR utilizes various methods and techniques to promote independent physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning of individuals of all ability levels. Within the community, TR focuses on programs that promote health, independence, inclusion, activity, and increased quality of life for people with disabilities.
