The event is hosted by the St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation's Aquatics Division, the City of St. Petersburg, Florida USA, St. Petersburg Fire Rescue, Healthy St. Pete, Tampa Bay Rays, the Safe Kids Florida Suncoast, and St. Joseph's Children's Mease Countryside Hospital.
